Conglomerate Records is a record label founded by hip hop artist Busta Rhymes that operates as a subsidiary of Universal Music Group.
Originally founded in 1994 as Flipmode Entertainment, the name Conglomerate Records was adopted in 2011.
In 2006, the label jointly released Busta Rhymes's ''The Big Bang'' with Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment.
